MC is currently $69M still well below the target of 11c per share (see previous announcements) or an MC $124M.

It will be interesting if a successful announcement makes it to last year's high of 13c

Despite what the SP reaches after announcement the best outcome is a prospective buy bid announcement that will get it to $300-$500M MC. Assuming this, the SP should be 30-40c.

There is plenty of room to movement to come. It makes 6c look dirt cheap.

Once the first offer is announced, others will follow suit.

So I guess that a successful announcement means that the BOD need change their and go in Sales mode.
