Market Capital will also change when a company issues a "Capital Raise" by issuing more shares to the market.
The more shares on issue means greater dilution which if and when 4DS sells for a fixed price then if you had 700mil shares on issue you would get X amount per share. If you had 1.4bn shares on issue you would get half the amount per share based on the same fixed price if it was sold at.

It also means that if you have a high amount of shares on issue and the company issues a dividend and did the same calculation as above then the shareholders @700mil shares would get twice the amount per share as to the company with 1.4bn.
