    WD would have an insight that we don't have regarding PL4 success (if it is successful)

    So in my opinion, if WD sign on, we can all confidently assume PL4 will be successful.

    It is that simple.

    Whilst I hope we see .10c again (keeping in mind the only reason we are at .3c is because PL3 failed) I think we will see a 100% increase to .6c at a minimum if PL4 is successful.
