I'm not sure anyone has said they want to be governed harder?
Some have just shared knowledge about wash sales, which is new information to some people here. It's up to the individual what they do with that information.
If you choose not to follow, is it really your place to laugh at people and carry on, without even knowing what they're actually doing with their investments?
