I recall a year ago, someone offloading weeks before the devastating news... was thinking at the time punters were de-risking but upon reflection I am convinced there is a leaky ship.

Now a couple of weeks/month away from results it would seem the tables have turned and someone is accumulating. Maybe it's just a textbook play but given the timing and limited selling gives me confidence of a favorable outcome.

The speeding ticket response indicates they need a little more time for confirmation but is indeed IMO a good sign. As mentioned many times before 'no news is good news'.
