In the spirit of being helpful and kind today, Khoutam is correct.
Many moons ago they proved the science and the ability to make a chip (albeit tiny) in an R&D setting.
The entire process with IMEC for the past 6 years has been producing a fully qualified and transferable production process on standard industry equipment. i.e. a functioning MB chip that is fully fab qualified thats gives meaningful data on 4DSs RERAM.
