    I would say people are waiting to pump and dump future news, and there isn't future news for a month. I think it's pretty much completely de-risked at .12, so anything even approaching that is just people playing somehow completely legal games. Expect it to bounce off of that a few times over the next month, but I doubt we'll go over 20 again until news happens or approaches.
