There's some old stuff at a wafer level from pre 2017 that had estimates around a 4ds wafer cost to produce vs equivalent dram at the time. It was significantly cheaper than dram by 5-6 times in price not sure how that relates on a megabit chip array or now etc. Might be worth a dig for relevance..
