The first offer may well be low but the 2nd and 3rd won't be. If this tech is what we think it is then there will be multiple parties interested, perhaps asking themselves "can we afford not to be in on this?". How often does game changing tech like this come around? Seems to me that the memory industry is well over due for a shake up.
