How do you value it, yeh that's the billion dollar question... didn't consider that difference with the mining stock example. Some have posted pretty impressive calculations from potential future sales or market share, seemed like a good way to go about valuation.
Makes a bit more sense now, I guess a premium over MC would be the likely place to start offers.
