My two cents (and that is probably all it is worth). These are opinions, not facts.

DM met with Imec last week. LinkedIn post was AFTER this meeting, indicating all went well - "4DS is fortunate to have them as a partner." I'm assuming you don't give them the thumbs up if the meeting didn't go well. Wouldn't be the first time DM 'signaled' to the market that positive news is on the way. I'm still expecting that further development will be required. Whilst that may delay a sale, this doesn't automatically mean it will be bad for the short term SP. IMO a imminent sale is not built into the SP at 11.5c.

Options conversions could have been 'strategic' to some extent. As soon as further development is announced this forum would have been lit up with posts of a CR. Now DM has largely negated this i.e. funded for the next two years. If it is to be another twelve months, that would give us a 1 year funding buffer. DM actually made a joke on the Podcast indicating he hopes he won't be in his role for another two years.

Have a glass of wine, go for a walk in the park, get friendly with your significant other (or yourself) . Stressing won't change the outcome .
