i heard DM say we're an area based memory and we use the entire surface of the cell (which is different to other memory types)
does that mean at 60nm we might already have the same or higher density storage than other memory types that have cell sizes at lower geometries?
does that mean we need to pursue scaling as a high priority? Obviously over time that'd be great, but let's say 60nm already beats existing for speed, power, density etc... then we could enter the market at 60nm and still be competitive.....?
