In regard to focusing on endurance, speed, retention etc. I received:
"Amendments made at Stanford were made post that statement and we looked at Stanfird (sic) results and went [with] the modifications which improved endurance and read / write."

Which lines up with your reply in that I believe the company will be consistently testing new non-platform cell structures to see differences in endurance, read, write, retention etc. This is not statistically significant for buyers as it's not on the imec megabit array but it allows the company internally to determine how the processing techniques WILL affect on a megabit array.
