    I thought so as well, but they've used the words 'Platform Lot 4' and Megabit Array'. No use of the words 'Test Chip'. They've updated the website in multiple locations and have intentionally left the 'Next Steps' as producing a test chip.
    It's hiding in plain view as I think Mr Pasco pointed out a little while ago.
