Memory array is exactly what it sounds like, an array of memory cells. The current test was using imecs array testing platform, using 4ds memory cells in the array
The second point seems to be talking about producing an actual production standalone memory, so not just putting pl4 4ds cells into imecs testing array but having a stand alone 4ds memory that's able to be installed into products since pl4 was just a proof of concept to see that the design of the memory cells actually works
