4DS - Anything but Charting, page-28000

I seriously do not understand why this has been a point of confusion for so many over the years I have held this stock.

NDAs are to stop employees, ex-employees, IMEC, WD, potential acquires and other parties that have been given non public information from disclosing it.

4DS can release whatever information about their project they please at anytime. There is no such thing as an NDA that precludes the owner of the IP/Information from releasing information. Sure, IMEC may have their own NDA with 4DS but it would be to protect certain information/processes which are IMECs, it wouldn't be to stop 4DS from releasing information about its own product/IP.
