I think your comment above is a bit more of hopefulness rather than factual. If the company has news, good or bad, that affects the company then they are asx bound to report it. They cannot choose to sit on what they release or keep to themselves.
At the moment the lack of information can only mean one of two things:
1: The company needs to develop the chip further to satisfy potential buyers and we are going back to Imec, or
2: A sale negotiation is in process.
The current share price decrease would indicate option 1.
As a long term holder in 4DS i also believe that there will be very little information answered at the AGM and questions are pretty much pointless. If the company has something to say it will be released in an announcement. So basically sit back and continue to wait. Nothing said here will affect the outcome.
