Which is exactly why I have voted against DM and Howard being included in the bonus pool and urge others to do likewise.
If they want to make money and be rewarded, buy shares, convert there options and hold them.
Then they might be a little more motivated to care about the share price.
The sale bonus pool was invented for Dr G and the tech team to keep them motivasted and incentivised.
Yes it was extended to Dr W and Ken, no doubt as an to get them on board.
However, DM and Howard were deliberately excluded, now they are in charge it's just a greedy grab to no doubt top up even if they push through a low ball offer.
They simply don't deserve to be included, until they get the SP significanly higher.
