So DDH, they don't have to disclose if in negotiations. But as @gastrader mentioned, these negotiations, would be deemed as insider trading if there was director activity. But does it cover options?
I thought there was an out/hole they could squeeze through if they were unable to excise their options during the normal cause of trade and the situation of non discloure had them tied up?
