Khouts, DORY is for deployment onto sub 1MB chips from what I can tell. It’s seemingly not the SCM platform. PL5 at 60nm is likely to be focussed on retention, speed optimization etc. but PL6 at 20nm is not required for SCM and suggests that the BOD are hedging and playing into a different market.
