If DM was going to convert - would be before now - why wait. Then again he is not selling either. Personally if I was in his shoes I would have bought or borrowed to buy to show faith in the company. I would like to thing the marketing man will have a roadshow ready for the institutional investors to kick off after the six monthly - real money flowing would be good for all holding for multiple reasons. The challenge with this stock is that unless you are an it/engineer it takes a bit to understand the value proposition and even then even harder to know what that means to someone purchasing and what they would pay - we all know we are potentially on something huge that has passed a few important tests - but still have a ways to go.
