TSMC is about the 8th or 9th biggest company in the World.
My point was that the guy that started it did a similar thing to what Dick Smith did (before Dick Smith) i.e. he started out small and built a huge global chip manufacturer that now is significant to the AI and every other Industry that needs semiconductors.
7 Trillion is what is needed to build another component base to counter what would happen if China got control of Taiwan and therefore TSMC.
If you can't understand the thrust of the article, I suggest you get out of 4DS because you would just be punting on a price rise.
Then again, perhaps you are one of the many dimwits that like down-ramping a stock for the hell of it.
