im all for constructive discussion, but honestly when the company has come leaps and bounds in the last 6 months and you have someone constantly dissecting them and picking them apart, publicly displaying your angst toward a company were all invested in, including yourself, it becomes a bit of a joke, like your intentionally ignoring the positives.

at no stage has anyone given any information on retention. and the answer you got from the company is "dont worry about it" and everyones on board with that. as far as calling me a tosser goes, well if we've sunk to that level go love yourself dude.
