Your concerns Gastrader, of a hostile takeover are valid, and possibly shared by many in this forum who are in the know….

The question though is: How many of the 4DS shareholders are there, who are on this same forum and keep in touch with the news about what 4DS is doing or envisaging to do?

The top 20 shareholders control about 23-25% of the company. Any acquirer who may seek to get a bargain at anything between 30-53 cents a share (It's certainly worth more) in 4DS and makes a friendly bid to the 4DS Management, could/would get a refusal from the board on behalf of the shareholders.

The resultant path that would follow, would be an attempt by the “acquirer” to takeover 4DS via a hostile takeover, and approach the shareholders directly.

As you indicated, with many shareholders, for various reasons, rolling over and giving their shares away for much less than they are worth, could result in that 51% shareholding being acquired by the acquirer. How do we shareholders get your message and concerns across to all shareholders.

The next 2 months are vital to 4Ds future, and certainly to all our investments.
