With the benefit of hindsight, it's difficult to imagine 4DS & IMEC spectacularly nailing PL6 (20nm) on the very first attempt.
I'm anticipating an announcement later this year about platform lot numbers PL7 & PL8 for fabrication in CY2025 on the basis that if something sounds too good to be true (e.g. a monster sized commercial transaction in CY2024 that finalises the 4DS ReRam experiment & brings the journey to an end)...then it probably is too good to be true.
I wonder if @Creaturemagic is still hanging on in 2024...
