I mean, you could always do some internet searching on the topic, but Citicorp, like most investment companies, have nominee accounts for high net worth individuals and third party investment funds. They will pool multiple accounts into a single nominee account. So that Citicorp nominee holding will have several investors' interests in 4DS tied up in it.
So if you've got few million to spare and you're investing it, you can instruct Citicorp to buy and hold shares on your behalf.
