I think you should both get out the dictionary and check out the definition of the words "persistent and tuneable" before you accuse the company of illegality.
This has been announced many times, has it not?
The boundaries of what timeframes constitute "tuneable" is not material - they can tune it to emulate non volatile memory - but the economic value is in the space near DRAM, which has retention of 0.1 seconds... so a year is not neccessary.
If you cant understand, its best you stick your money into an ETF.
If you cant trust the team, best you sell out too...
