Re - white rabbits and the imec extension - it would be good if imec took shares in 4DS as their additional fee.
Whilst the AGM date has been booked, we're yet to the see the AGM resolutions.
I wonder if it will be a vanilla AGM agenda, or whether there will be some twist and/or a grab for more options etc.
Also GA's 36m options @ 0.02 have an expiry of 30/6/20.
Interesting times. Lots to look forward to. Shame about the SP in the interim.
