For what it's worth, my broker rang the company and spoke with the PR guy to see if he could explain the decline in the share price.
The response from him was:
NONE of the major shareholders are selling. The report was extremely positive and the only factor considered was traders who bought up prior to the announcement and dumped to take a profit. The testing being done by IMEC is on equipment valued at between $20 - 30M. They have been on time with their previous 2 positive announcements and are planning the next major announcement late 4th quarter /early first quarter CY.
