    for simplification purposes I didn’t talk about the ‘sales bonus pool’ being deducted prior to distribution of sale proceeds. in the scheme of things it is likely to be a paltry amount within the total sale amount. With any luck the sales incentive bonus will have the desired effect.

    but first things first …… success of PL6 !!!!
