    id agree with that. Western Digital are not stupid. Hence why im assuming the JDA agreement gives them a very favorable option to license the tech off 4DS on the cheap. I believe WD will license the tech before buying out 4DS to complete there due diligence.

    im still planning on buying when they announce they have completed fab production qualification and have a 1mb test chip.
