Dumb question but could you help me by giving some specific examples of 'end users' referred to in your 'pitch'?

I guess I am still thinking in terms of Amazon / AWS 'level' when it comes to 'pitching'. Were you talking about that level (or what I would call '4DS suitor' level or are you talking to actual / real end-user level (?) such as the @1.3m users of AWS?

Err, let me try that again............are you saying, for example, when pitching to 'Amazon', you are explaining to them how to quantify the benefits of the 'enhanced' offering (with 4DS stuff) to their clients?
