I'm not going to go into detail, because I'm lazy. But this is a common misconception by the 9 trillion dollar club on here.

Basically Amazon would be the end user (consumer) of the product that is created with the tech. They have literally zero interest in a memory cell IP.. none.. zilch.. zero.

We are a memory cell. It's completely useless until it's developed, packaged into a chip and into a product. We are not selling that. We want to sell the cell to someone that will create the product - semiconductor designers, developers and manufacturers.

4DS is taking a "it's a really good cell.. you tell us what you want to use it for" approach instead of telling people what it can be used to create, the technical specs it would achieve and the benefit it would provide.

4DS SP is fairly valued based on the current inaction by the board.

A lot of upside potential if things are executed right.
