They are rapidly expanding for sure.
Our Govt will let a sale of such tech through to the CPP, where the yanks won't. So I wonder if there tenticles have stretched out as far as 4DS and this is one of the reasons they are saddling up next to us again, for all our tech inventions and knowhow that are still available to their Govt ???
