Gaz, I think many LTH may agree with that (ie. buyer buying 100% of 4DS and doing their own licensing). There may however be a buyer offering cash for your 1 share in 4DS + a share in their own company, which in this case means you get the best of both worlds if you accept the offer, and you are still in the market for 4DS benefits. Question is at what cash price for 1x 4DS share will be reasonable, along with a share in the buyer company. (All subject to success of 20nm)
