Yes, 3D Xpoint targeting SCM. It uses phase change memory, with bulk switching (ie not dissimilar to non-filamentary ReRam)
3D Xpoint is the only player in SCM, and has disappointed (slow, expensive). Intel/micron spent billions on it - indicating the size of the prize.
industry still desperate for a solution for SCM, and will be willing to pay a lot
