Jim spoke many moons ago about the sale and said clearly that the BOD will have the say. I have not searched the constitution for this since hearing that back in the day, so it could have been amended.
But yes it has been previously indicated that the final price of sale will be put to the holders, but.....the final acceptance price is in their hands. He sort of said, that we won't know the worth and they will, this made3 complete sense to me for one.
