I said and I quote
"Be aware that if they announce PL6 is being shipped that means scaling down to 20nm has been successful. "
IMEC will not ship 60nm cells and say, sorry we could not scale down to 20nm but knock yourself out.
If PL6 is shipped then scaling has been successful. The data at 20nm, retention, endurance et al that's another story
