As stated before.....
All testing is done IN HOUSE(not directed to you Dazza)in Cali Silicon Valley. It's the reason why we bought the TESTING EQUIPEMENT isn't it ????
Its developed at Stanford, IMEC make it a commercial chip with only parcels of knowledge to any group in the cover of NDA's and then they are shipped to America for actual TESTING, where there is a dilemma, we will then report that back to IMEC where they will then re do the process with tweets and tunings etc etc and so os and so on. This process has not changed and will not change. It has to be this way with the NDA's in place.
No one knows the PCMO cell recipe in full apart from the Master Ting and Guido I suppose.
