Here I respectfully disagree as well. If PL6 is successful I would expect there will almost certainly be a PL7 so they can test the different tuning configs of the 20nm chips just like with PL4 to PL5. That doesn't mean they won't also be proceeding wqith a trade sale, just that there is no reason not to improve the case for a sale by getting a better understanding of the range of usecases that can be targetted.
