Listen, PL4 was supposed to be the end of the IMEC development process. It came and went, with the company announcing PL5 and 6. Which is fair enough, if they had completed a successful megabit chip to the original program, 60nm would have been enough. But what, 2-3 years is a generation in chip designs.
I will be wearing my "I am completely unsurprised face" if upon testing PL6 there is an announcement, "following consultation with industry leaders, we will be conducting a PL7.
