SKhynix have switch only memory / ssm and its application use ( believe this was also developed with the assistance of IMEC but I could be misremembering on that ) 4DS trying to hit the same spot at 20nm with better metrics in the same category
if imec and 4ds hit the 20nm outcome successfully it will have an extraordinary market value in a vacant use case application as it stands now ( other than hynix som) imo
