nup. imo they are starting to pick up what they can.. if we hit 30, that 6 bags... hit 50 thats 9 bags or thereabouts. they wont get everything they want waiting to accumulate at 5 or 6... if they have seen the chance of success now that imec have accepted to put the chip on the final test they may be taking a position. doubt they buy on hype but dt'ers dumping is a good opportunity to pick up alot of stock before the successful test next yr
