This link (provided in the announcement and probably already read by LTHs) explains why the order of importance is ordered as it is.
Point 5 of the bottom box talks about the importance of the memory being tunable - hence why they have explained that they know exactly how changes in ‘process conditions’ change the resulting characteristics.
Implies that the technology is versatile and can be tweaked to suit different applications...

i’m not sure if i’m doing anything other than further convincing myself - which is preaching to the converted anyway!
