Well @vinneh, to be fair to the 4DS BoD, they did proactively warn the Market on the 16/08/22 (following the failure of PL3) that it would cause a long-term delay in achieving their strategic goal of commercializing the Company's technology....and they were right. So they've adapted & set new goals following advice from IMEC. Only time will tell how things turn out.
