If I remember correctly Peter Hines stated at the investor presentation that 4DS weren't going down the CXL route as it was too limited, but the article does highlight how edge technology companies are striving to solve AI processing bottlenecks, in this case the limitation of bandwidth for parrallel processing. 4DS chip will offer great speed improvements and energy saving, while the potential of 4DS chip's capacity for analogue processing is a complete unknown
