    AEC -v-Q100 ( and plus) is onerous and time consuming
    expect 'consumer' grade qually only

    consumer grade qually+ industrial seems the likely progression to hit a benchmark for sale to acquirer
    heading into automotive 'tape out' would add minimum 12 to 18 months to a 'sale' time expectation for the company and exhaust all current resources while requiring significant 'managerial' upgrade on staff numbers
