I'd say so - demand for legacy node chips (60nm +) still exists with good long term supply agreements across Automotive, Aerospace and Defense applications though it is a diminishing market as the smaller nodes take over the supply chain
Those 3 are currently legacy reliant and the original equip manufacturers are finding ways to reinforce the value in those legacy supply agreements going forward
4DS som would potentially be one of those ways - its metrics are amazing imo
