4DS switch only memory ( at 60nm) has a unique data flow / storage management application that is very different to the cousin - 20nm if successful significantly increases that via volume/cost per bit sweet spot
generally legacy nodes are appealing as fully depreciated equipment allows maximum return on manufacturing costs - great market breakthrough point of difference - applies to 130 and 60 equally suspect 60 was strategic selection for this exact reason

both are commercially significant if successful
