Results take weeks to generate and analyse.
I'm guessing there will be an announcement stating the successful delivery of PL5 and possibly that it is all functioning as intended, with test results to come in X weeks.
Given the stated aim of PL5 was to make changes that improved the process (I'm guessing consistency, yield and/or something that improves the chances of scaling down to 20nm - because the aims of PL5 have never really been clearly articulated) and not necessarily improved performance, there may not even be an announcement regarding metrics.
